Iβm really frustrated and felt i got scammed! I paid for the office visit then paid for a shot that is not covered by my insurance then I discovered they charged my insurance the shot cost! and i got way much cost on top what i already paid for the visit!! An assessment added to the bill that i didnβt get!! Iβve never been scammed like that before!! So save your money and donβt go there!

Although my insurance is active this guys tried to charge me full amount without confirming properly. I sent all the insurance details when I booked my appointment. At the time of appointment they said my insurance was terminated although it was active and said I have to pay full amount. When I called insurance company they confirmed my insurance was active and it was issue at provider end verifying it. Upon reading some of other reviews I felt itβs better to go with other provider and asked them to cancel my appointment and left the place.

Great staff and very informative. Worked with my insurance to help me out. Also, the gal who drew my blood was a true professional. I didnβt feel a single thing when she poked me. Thank you, to Texan Primary Care

The only good thing about this place are the PA's 2 out of the three I've had have been absolutely amazing, but they keep leaving, and I can't blame them. Almost every single appointment I am forced to wait 30 minutes to an hour just to get seen by a nurse. Dr. Karmegam also almost killed me. He didn't look at my med list and prescribed me hydrocodone, which interacted with a ton of my medications. Some of those meds, like doxepine and hydroxyzine, can cause death if mixed with hydrocodone. One of my PAs was the one to discover that. They do not respect your time at all in this clinic, and recently I've felt like I haven't been listened to about my issues. I hear things like "well you're too young to worry about this issue" when I have a ton of medical issues already. Today, I had an appointment for 2pm and they didn't call back until 3. They called me before my appointment and I couldn't get to the phone in time, but I called them back less than a minute after I missed the call. Everyone was busy and I was told I'd be called back. But they didn't call back for a full hour. That was the last straw. I'm done with this clinic.

My friend needed urgent care this morning, and we were stressed and unsure where to go. Texas Primary Care helped us immediately, with or without insurance. Dr. Sathish Karmegam was caring and professional what started stressful, ended with relief and gratitude. Highly recommended for students in DFWβ
